Shredded Barbeque Beef

Ingredients
2-1/2 pounds Beef Rump Roast
2-1/2 Cup Water
3/4 Cup Honey BBQ Sauce (your favorite brand)
3 Tablespoons A-1 Steak Sauce
2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Garlic Juice(from jar)
1/2 Medium White Onion, Diced
1 teaspoon Black Pepper .
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Directions
1. mix all dry spices in a small bowl and rub the roast with them
2. Place roast, onions, minced garlic, garlic juice and water in Crock Pot and cook on low for 5 Hours
3. Remove roast and set aside drippings
4. Shred roast with 2 forks
5. Pour 1-1/2 Cups of the Drippings back into the crock pot and combine with the BBQ Sauce and A-1 sauce
6. Stir shredded roast back into crock pot
7. Cook on high for 4 hours, or until the sauce has thickened to desired consistency
8. Let stand 15 minutes


Serve with your favorite hamburger buns, some potato salad or coleslaw, and you will have a delicious dinner.
